Our representatives will pick you up at the Airport, Hotel or preferred meeting point and drive you to Negombo. Arrive in Negombo on the first day and make yourself comfortable, spend a full day in the city. There you will visit Negombo Fish Market where you will see various species of sea food / fish. After visiting the main fish market we will take you to explore various religious places such as Catholic Churches, Buddhist temples and Hindu Kovils all over Negombo. You will take fascinating trips to Dutch Fort , Dutch Canal and Negombo Lagoon. If you are lucky enough to have nice weather, consider a boat ride as well. Spend the first night in Negombo.
On the next day you will visit to Pinnawala Elephant Orphanage where you can feed baby elephants and see elephants bathing. Then drive you to Dambulla, there you will visit Golden Temple of Dambulla, a cave temple, an impressive World Heritage Site. Then you can take an elephant ride and then we will take you to climb Sigiriya Rock Fortress. Spend overnight in Sigiriya.
It is the morning of your day 3 and if you feel good and fit enough we will set off to climb Sigiriya. Then we will visit to Spice and herbal garden in Matale and Muthumariamman temple en route Kandy. Head to the Temple of the Sacred Tooth Relic, which houses the relic of the tooth of the Buddha and there you will realise how which significance to Sri Lankan and Buddhist history. Move on to watch Cultural dance show which starts at 5.00 pm and then return back to hotel. Overnight in Kandy.
On the next day you will visit Gem museum, Batik and Silk factory then head on to Royal Botanical Gardens, Peradeniya where which includes more than 4000 species of plants. Move on and drive you to see Ramboda waterfalls, is an impressive waterfall with beautiful valley view, then move on and explore some Tea Plantation sites. Then go on a Tea Factory Visit and you’ll be exploring some of the city’s top sights in Nuwara Eliya. Stay overnight in Nuwara Eliya.
Hop on the train on day 5, from Nanu Oya and travel onwards to Ella. Climbing Little Adam`s Peak and visiting to Nine Arche bridge, is a Photogenic bridge will be our activities on the day. Overnight in Ella.
Heading southward to Yala from Ella on your day 6 and en route we will stop at Ravana Falls, is certainly impressive falls, worth a stop. Beginning of adventurous and stunning jeep safari in Yala National Park where home for Leopards, we will be starting the safari in the evening. We will move on to Yala or Tissamaharama and there you will spend the night.
Beginning your last day of the journey and in the morning and you will take a visit to see stilt fishermen. Then heading to Galle and take you to sightseeing at Galle Fort and in the city of Galle. Galle Fort, nice place to walk around, take in the scenery, and see museums, colonial buildings and the lighthouse as well.
Then move on and let’s take a boat safari in Madu River, is enrich with biodiversity. Then we will drive you to Kosgoda where Kosgoda Sea Turtle Conservation Project takes place. Recommended if you are interested in the topic of Turtle Conservation, and which is an educational experience for kids and adults as well. At the end of your journey drive towards the airport at a suitable time, or to the hotel or desired drop-off location.
